Q: Do we need to give the Viro Reward to the Viro Visa Prepaid Member at the time of the transaction?

A: No. Viro Visa Prepaid members pay the full price of the item/s they are purchasing at the time of the transaction. The Rewards they earn are deducted from the rebate you provide and credited to the members Rewards 'account'.

Q: While I incur any additional transaction charges when Viro members use their Viro Visa Prepaid Card or Viro Gift Card?

A. No. There are no additional transaction charges for either the Viro Visa Prepaid Card or Viro Gift Card. Viro Merchant Partners pay their normal charges, associated with transaction fees, to their banking institutions.

Q: Do I need to give change when a Viro member uses their Viro Gift Card?

A: No, you should not give change. Any remaining value on the Viro Gift Card is there for the cardholder to put towards another purchase.
