Please be aware of the following if you use you Viro Visa Prepaid Card for online purchases:

• You earn Rewards only if you access Viro eMerchants via the links on the Viro website.
  These eMerchants pay a commission to fund your Rewards and need to be able to track that you are a Viro member. If you access their websites directly, you will not earn any Rewards.
   
• You must send us a copy of your transaction record if purchasing online, regardless of how you pay.
  You must send Viro proof of purchase such as a receipt, purchase confirmation email or invoice when you shop at eMerchants, even if you use your Viro Visa Prepaid Card. It’s easy to just forward us the purchase confirmation email you receive from the eMerchant to rewardsclaim@viro.com.au. Alternatively you can fax, scan and email or post proof of purchase to verify your transaction. If we don’t receive this, you will not earn any Rewards. If you use your Viro Visa Prepaid Card in-store then you DO NOT need to send us proof of purchase.
