You earn Rewards by using your Viro Visa prepaid card at Viro Merchants both in-store and online. When shopping online, you need to send us your proof or purchase in order to claim your Rewards.

You can earn Rewards, as a Viro member, when you shop online at Viro eMerchants by clicking on the links from the Shopping Directory - to claim your Rewards you must send us your proof of purchase.

How many Rewards do I earn for the money I've spent?
The rewards you earn will depend on how much the Viro merchant offers as a rebate (on your purchase) to the Viro program - this varies from merchant to merchant. For Reward allocations per merchant, please refer to the individual merchants accessible via the Viro Shopping Directory.
How many Rewards do I need to earn to redeem a gift card?
You need to reach a minimum of 6000 points to be able to redeem a gift card to the value of $20.00. There are also gift cards to the value of $50 and $100.
How does Viro compare to other Reward programs?
Based on our research of current programs in Australia (as at June 2009) Viro offers as much as four times more value than any other rewards program.
Do my Rewards expire?
Your Rewards will only expire if twelve months goes by without you conducting a 'rewardable' transaction, that is if you don’t spend at a Viro merchant (and claim your Rewards if required).
